Circles & Spaces is a city-based cohort for youth ministry leaders who want to grow in building healthy ministry culture—together. Through monthly in-person gatherings and centralized teaching, leaders experience connection, content, and conversation that leads to real, local application. Rooted in Alpha’s values of being real, relational, reliable, and reproducible, each cohort is designed to foster unity, ignite collaboration, and prepare the ground for future citywide impact.

  • Circles & Spaces City Cohorts are for youth ministry leaders who want to grow in building a healthy, engaging youth ministry culture who have a desire to collaborate with other leaders in their city.

  • Circles + Spaces is led by Alpha Youth, with a combination of centralized teaching and local facilitation.

    Each city cohort is hosted by a trusted local leader who helps guide conversations, foster connection, and support local application.

  • We’re aiming to keep Circles & Spaces as accessible and sustainable as possible, as such, the cost is $250. This includes all the content, access to the cohort and hospitality during the monthly gatherings.

  • Yes—our heart is that no one is prevented due to cost.

    If finances are a barrier, we’ll have scholarship options available. You can let us know during registration, and our team will work with you to find a way for you to be part of the cohort.
